In 2013 a woman took an initiative to take care of her family. That effort is called EVA creation. Initially, she started this business to carry the family burden and take care of her children, then that spark ignites her to succeed in the world. She has been making handicrafts(statues, paperwork cards, and home decorative items) with her own hands and each item is unique because she is a creator. In the beginning, her handicrafts were only shown to the market through fairs, then the people who came to the fairs got attracted to the goods, so the handicrafts were exported to other countries, and her business grew gradually during that time.
A Step Forward
Initially starting with small capital, her venture gradually grew and led to got provincial awards , She received the consolation prize of the President Award and got an opportunity to participate in the China Trade Fair held in 2017. Mainly this EVA creation has helped to improve her quality of life and build the future of her children. As a single woman she has done all the work a father should do for his children.

She did not stop this business. She has many talents. So she took a new step to learn to make earthen pots and clay products, she is a tailor and now she also makes candles. She used the current challenge of power outage in Sri Lanka as an opportunity. Her new venture uses candle manufacturing to bring light to various homes and also help to express devotion in places of worship.
She has met many good people along her path and also they have done a lot of help for her. She started her path as a single woman, but now she developing her skills while sharing her skills with many women who want to learn these kinds of skills and help them build their careers as well. she has shared her art with more than 100 students till now. She is willing and eager to teach more people. we wish her lot to succeed more in the world.
